I will teach this workshop so that you can make clear and direct connections to how and why Feldenkrais-based movements lead to stress reduction and pain relief. There will be 5 sessions, each 15 to 25 minutes in length, with a short break after each one for Questions and Answers and to stand and walk and integrate the movements. Suitable for those new to the work and those experienced with the work, who want to deeper both their experiential and intellectual understanding of Feldenkrais.
