You probably already know that in Feldenkrais practice, a "scan" is a moment of rest and awareness to notice changes and integrate movements. You might not know that Moshe used the idea of “cardinal lines” to help his students focus and notice change. Originally taught in Hebrew and translated into English decades later, it remains one of Feldenkrais' most distinctive lessons.
