This pain relief series contains sessions that are easy-to-do and all are under 34-minutes. They were originally created for people with chronic pain issues who needed immediate relaxation and pain relief.

Because of that, they are designed to be done by you whatever your age and ability - even if you are completely new to the work - and - if you do not have much time. As a special bonus, because I am re-releasing then I have added several free sessions (see below).

You can download all the sessions to your computer and keep them forever. And there are links that you can use to listen online via a smartphone or tablet. Transcripts included at no additional cost.

Easy Feldenkrais Pain Relief Volume 1: The Sessions

1. Tilting The Legs And Rolling The Head (30 min). A gentle, powerful way to start. Learning to move your head effortlessly can melt away neck strain and make everything you do feel easier and lighter.

2. Shoulder Circles (31 min). Free up your shoulders — and your life. This session opens hidden movements that can ease tight arms, release neck tension, and bring comfort back to your shoulders and upper back.

3. Hip And Shoulder (22 min). When your hips and shoulders are better coordinated the force of gravity can flow through your body easier, getting rid of knee strain and making walking and running more pleasurable. Your hip joints open up and help movement flow through your entire spine.

4. Bending On The Side (32 min). Bend and move with less effort. This side-lying session wakes up the flexible strength of your spine, weaving together hips, shoulders, and neck for smoother, more natural movement

5. What Is Flexion? (34 min). This is such a wonderful session. It starts out with nothing more than some small movements of your feet while you are lying on your back. And when you get up afterward...you may find that you feel taller!

6. Pelvic Clock (33 min). Your secret weapon for core power and healthy knees. This classic session strengthens deep muscles around your pelvis - making every step, twist, and reach feel easier and stronger.

7. Primary Movements of the Back (31 min). Melt away back pain. A simple, almost magical session to free your spine, relax your muscles, and calm your nervous system — so you can move and live with less strain.
